For our October meeting, we packed packed boxes of love for parents who’ve lost children.  Thank you Fuel Cincinnati for the $2000 grant that purchased the items in each box! Thank Finesse Events for letting us use your space to pack the boxes! And thank you to the amazing women who work at the maternity concierge program through Best Upon Request for ordering all of the items for us! Each box has goodies including a gift card to help newly bereaved parents pay a bill or get food or whatever else they may need after their child has passed away. The boxes will go to the birthing hospitals in the region and to people who we get referrals for. We’ll see everyone again in December when we’ll participate in a national ornament exchange with bereaved parents.
