October is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. 1-in-4 women experiences some form of infant or pregnancy loss throughout her lifetime.

In October, some of our members participated in a city-wide butterfly ascension that was held at Washington Park in Cincinnati, OH to honor the families who had experienced pregnancy and infant loss. Families who attended enjoyed readings, interpretive dances and choral songs.
